TWISTING TRIANGLE | PARIVTTA TRIONASANA
From the standing position after triangle pose or from Pyramid, step your back foot in a little, bring your left arm next to your ear, and on the exhalation hinge forward into Twisting Triangle. Gaze to your upper hand and take five breaths here.
The feet and the hips are what are usually "out" of alignment for students. Which basically means the whole pose is not doing the pose. Twists are really powerful as you know. The squeezing of internal organs is like a detoxifying deep massage. Time to detox in this POSE!
After twisting triangle you can bring in twisted half moon, and if you are ready to go deeper...from there move into standing splits.
