Inner Beat Workshop
Experience a new level of energy! On Saturday, June 8th from 3 - 4:30pm, Indigo Instructor, Stacie Dahlbeck, will lead you through a unique, upbeat, strength and dance-inspired yoga practice that is sure to leave you feeling empowered!
Bingo
Have you joined the IY BINGO Challenge?! A round of applause for those who have already blacked out their cards! This challenge is a fun and unique way to further connect with the Indigo community, challenge yourself, and win amazing prizes. BINGO continues through June 30th so pick up your card at the front desk today!
Positive Affirmations
Be sure to check out our Positive Affirmations Board next time you’re in the studio and let’s continue to encourage and uplift one another! The positivity radiating from this board is a sight to see!
YOD Classes
Your Own Determination (YOD) classes are a powerful practice designed to push your limits through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) followed by a refreshing cool down and savasana. Held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, our YOD classes are a positive and powerful way to begin your day.
May Pose of the Month
This month we’re featuring the Lizard/Dragon (Utthan Pristhasana) pose! This one is beneficial in reducing the negative effects of prolonged sitting or inactivity, especially by helping to open those hip joints! In Sanskrit, the name is comprised of Utthan: to stretch out, Pristha: page of a book, and Asana: pose.
MEMBER HIGHLIGHT
For those who don’t already know them, it is our joy to introduce you to an incredible sibling duo and beloved Indigo members, Destiny and Henry Martinez! Destiny began her journey at Indigo in 2018, followed by Henry in 2019. Both have an athletic background and found the workout and benefits of yoga to be unlike any they’ve experienced before, leaving them more focused and calm with each practice. Destiny and Henry agree that practicing at Indigo is a challenging and invigorating part of their routine. We feel so lucky to have these two!

Employee of the Quarter
Meet Graham Rutledge—one of the first, bright, friendly faces you will find when you walk into our studio.
Graham’s yoga journey began at the age of 16, initially to supplement his competitive swimming. Although it’s been 10 years since he last jumped in a pool, his dedication to fitness and movement has only grown. Today, his intention for yoga is to cultivate awareness of the present moment. “I love serving the members and instructors at Indigo,” Graham reflects. “It brings me so much joy to administer an environment where people can practice.”
Outside of Indigo, Graham enjoys rock climbing and coaching youth competitive climbers. At home, you’re likely to find him reading, listening to records, and spending time with his two precious kiddos.
Graham is an adored member of our team and we’re fortunate he chooses to practice and serve at Indigo!

Indigo is 18!!
Yes, that's right, we've been bringing yoga to the Fort Worth community since 2006 and we like to celebrate BIG! We showed up, sang, and flowed to an awesome playlist curated by Crissa and Jen E. After M+F the festivities continued with a Happiness Hour in our parking lot! There is a palpable amount of love and energy within this group and we’re thankful for the years spent and countless memories made with our Indigo community.
Earth Day Community Cleanup Recap
Indigos in action at our Earth Day Community Cleanup in collaboration with the Great Global Cleanup Team! It was a fulfilling experience and simple reminder of the importance of maintaining the beauty and health of our surroundings. The best part of all— we got to do it together!
Spring Team Meeting
The teamwork and energy of this group of yogis is the best in the business! In April, we came together for another purposeful and productive team meeting, complete with some new Indigo swag!
