WALL WORKSHOP
Saturday February 1st 3-5pm
Using the Wall to Enhance Your Yoga Practice
Have you ever wondered how to use the wall as a tool to elevate your entire yoga practice—not just a few poses? This workshop is designed to show you how the wall can help you access poses in fresh, powerful ways while enhancing alignment, stability, and strength.

We’ll begin with a brief discussion, followed by an entire yoga practice using the wall as a support and guide. You’ll also have time to ask questions, explore demos, and enjoy the process.

IndiGOHARD 75
Transform your life in 75 days by committing to a blend of mindful practices, physical discipline, and personal growth. Inspired by the principles of the Hard 75, this challenge integrates yoga and mindfulness, creating a journey that’s both challenging and balanced.
The Commitments
Complete these practices every day for 75 days:
1️⃣ Engage in 2 Types of Physical Movement Daily
- One session must be yoga, either in-person or at home.
- The second session can be any form of physical activity: walking, Pilates, restorative yoga, strength training, biking—your choice!
2️⃣ Drink at Least 90 oz of Water
- Stay hydrated to support your body and mind.
3️⃣ Eat Whole Foods
- Focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods and learning how to best support your body.
- No processed foods or alcohol during the challenge.
4️⃣ Read 10 Pages of Any Book
- Enjoy time each day reading something that interests or inspires you.
5️⃣ Complete a Daily Gratitude Journal Entry
- Use the provided journal to write down at least 3 things you’re grateful for each day.
6️⃣ Take a 30-Minute Outdoor Walk or Activity
- Connect with nature and clear your mind (this can count as one of your physical movement sessions).
7️⃣ Meditate or Practice Mindfulness for 10 Minutes
- Incorporate stillness or guided meditation into your day.
8️⃣ Track Your Progress
- Keep track of your journey with the famous Indigo Star Chart and workbook provided.

Join us on the 2nd Saturday of each month for Let’s Begin, a special session designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of our practice at Indigo. Whether you're new or a member wanting to deepen your experience, this is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, meet the team, and connect with our community. Plus, all attendees will receive a welcome bag!
Free to newbies with less than 10 visits who have not attended Let’s Begin before. This is a one-time offer per person.
